On September 5, AICAN participated in the prestigious 2026 International Gastronomy Symposium in Hong Kong, taking part in the flagship evening event, the “2026 International Gourmet Honor Night.”
During the event, AICAN showcased three Multi-Cuisine Cooking Robots, preparing dishes such as braised pork and diced beef for guests and industry professionals. The live demonstrations attracted significant attention and received highly positive feedback for both the cooking performance and food quality.
Through the introduction of Mr. Chan Siu Kwan, President of the Culinary Guild Association (CGA), Mrs. Leung Chun-ying visited the AICAN exhibition area, observed the operation of the cooking robots, and sampled the dishes prepared by the machines. She expressed strong recognition of both the technology and the quality of the food produced.
A key highlight of the event was the CGA & AICAN Public Welfare Donation Ceremony. The three cooking robots displayed at the symposium were donated to:

The Wan Chai Government Building Staff Canteen
These donations will support academic research, charitable meal services, and smart catering demonstrations within public institutions, further promoting the integration of culinary culture and food technology across the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
During the symposium, Mr. He Guang, Executive President of AICAN Group, delivered a keynote speech titled:
